I have been a member of I know internet listings for about 3 years had good response and bookings so I can not think of any thing you can do to improve my listing, Thank you
I am happy with the service from iknow and cannot think of any improvements to be made.
With all my dealings with iknow Yorkshire for the last ten years I have only good things to say about their service and product.
We've always been very happy with the service from iknow-uk. The staff are always very polite & easy to deal with, and more importantly we've always been really happy with the level of enquiries and bookings their site generates.
Many thanks for having activated our 25% off offer for the week from 30Aug for 7 nights, as well as for adding it to your "Massive last minute discounts on August/September getaways" email, both of which were very much appreciated. You'll be glad/pleased to know (as were are) that the offer via both media resulted in a booking for the week (although we had to apologise to another enquirer), and that we are thrilled that being with iknow-uk has proved to be the best step we've taken for promoting our holiday property.

Dear Sam I would like to take this opportunity of writing to thank you for your help. I emailed a request to speak to someone about joining iknowyorkshire.com late on Sunday evening, you returned my call on Monday morning. I explained I am a small b&b in the Yorkshire Dales, with a very limited (no ) budget for advertising. You explained everything in a clear concise manner and answered all my question openly and honestly. You did not put any pressure on me to take up the option of joining and gave me the time I needed to think about it. Having unsuccessfully tried to find the down sides or hidden horrors / costs of joining I phoned back on Monday afternoon to confirm I wished to go ahead. On Tuesday I had confirmation my account had been set up and activated and to my complete amazement I took my first booking on Wednesday morning!!!!!!, the years subscription already paid for. I have been lucky enough to advertise with Iknow for several years now and I have to say I'd hate to go anywhere else. The customer service is second to none, their agents are always unfailingly polite and helpful. Any issues have always been resolved with grace and no fuss, nothing is too much trouble and the company always seem to be finding innovative and creative ways to promote the the businesses they host. I couldn't recommend them any more highly.
Iknow Yorkshire was recommended to me and since I joined we have never looked back. Your service when I ring is always very quick & helpful
When I started with self catering I had no idea who to advertise with. I signed with an agency who take 30%!! and a couple of other memberships too. But my initial choice (based purely on the google rankings when I searched for self catering) was I-Know. I have found them to be professional, cost effective, and adaptable to my needs. Their site is easy to update and if I was stuck the staff were brilliant. But most importantly, they produce bookings - more than my other 3 adverts put together. I-now where my advertising spend will be going next year, and I-know who gets me the most bookings in the most cost effective manner!
I do get a lot of referrals from iknow, you've clearly got the formula right!

Herons Well has also been awarded Five Star Gold by Quality in Tourism at its most recent assessment. This is a new business and it is a great success story, having achieved 82% occupancy in it's second year. A great deal of this success can be attributed directly to I know North West, as you are my main source of enquiries.

Just had to let you know how well the cottage is doing - 3 possibly 4 bookings out of 8 enquiries in a week!!!! Can't believe it really, I am so pleased you stuck with it, probably if you hadn't been so patient, I would have just paddled on with the one agency. I'm really happy that I went with the more expensive advert, I'm really pleased with the response and think that the photgraphs are great. I like how when I have requetsed something to be changed it has been done straight away.
